Have you ever wanted to make a difference in the lives of the kids living in your community? Maybe you are frustrated with the way your school board is doing its job. Getting elected on to your local school board is a great way to get involved, and promote change in the education of our youth.

On this page you will find every local school board listed along with the year that each board member is up for re-election.
HOW TO GET ON THE BALLOT:
1. Make sure you’re eligible (18+, registered voter, live in the school district)
2. File paperwork with your local clerk (Affidavit of Identity)
3. Submit $100 or 40–100 signatures
4. File by the deadline (13th Thursday before the Aug. Primary)
5. Start campaigning (talk to your community!)
Election is in November You can sometimes get appointed if a seat opens!
